If you were a child born in the seventies, you might remember singing this song. "This land is your land, this land is my land, from California to the New York Island." Truth is, this land is God's land and He tells us in Proverbs 2 who He will give it to. Verses 21-22 -"For the upright will live in the land and the blameless will remain in it; But the wicked will be cut off from the land and the treacherous will be uprooted from it. "
